The agreement
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the Lexvia website and the legal consulting service provided by Lexvia SAS. By contacting us or using our service, you accept these terms.
The service we provide
Lexvia provides legal information and consulting to private individuals to help them understand their rights and options. Our advice is informational and does not, on its own, constitute court representation. Where a matter requires a court-appointed representative, we will tell you.
Quotes and fees
Sending a question is free. Before any paid work begins, we provide a written quote with a fixed fee. Work starts only once you accept that quote. Prices are stated inclusive of applicable taxes.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information about your situation.
- Use the advice for your own personal, non-commercial matters.
- Understand that outcomes depend on facts and applicable law and cannot be guaranteed.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Where you ask us to begin advice within that period and the service is fully performed, the right may no longer apply, as permitted by EU consumer law.
Liability
We provide our service with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU continue to apply. Questions can be sent to contact@lexvia.help.
